Begining as governor of a newly formed province in the Roman Empire your goal is simple: advance up the empire`s political ladder to become the next Caesar. As governor, you will have total control over your province, including city planning, finances, and defences.

Installation:
1. Un-rar and run Setup.exe or Autorun.exe
2. Use serrial in file Serial.txt.
3. Upgrade to version 1.2 from Filder Patch
4. Copy File from folder NoCD in to folder where the game is located.
